In Verdal, we have several sports teams at the various locations. Here you can choose from many different activities.

There are over 30 active sports teams in Verdal, here is a selection of the teams:

Verdal IL you can play football, handball, e-sports and basketball. See Verdal Sports Team for more info. verdalidrett.no

Vuku There is also a separate sports team for football. See vukuil.no for more info.

Vinne IL is a multi-sport team with four sports groups: Football, gymnastics, fitness and running group and all-sports. You can find more information about the sports team, and about each individual sport at vinneil.no

Leksdal Sports has football, skiing and athletics in addition to several events and cabins. See leksdalil.no for more info.
